Keep workflows focused
Give workflows clear names, separate unrelated tasks, and review their configuration before running them. Start with small, authorized tasks and inspect the outcome in the desktop app.
Organize profiles
Use descriptive profile names and keep unrelated accounts or tasks separate. Profiles may retain cookies and signed-in state, so protect the device and remove data you no longer need.
Configure proxies carefully
Use only proxy services you are permitted to use. Confirm that the connection details are correct and keep any credentials private. A proxy is a network setting, not permission to access a third-party service.
Understand the web portal
The web portal handles account and workspace management, billing, and plan limits. It currently does not show live desktop resource consumption. The desktop app remains the place to build and run workflows.
